Stupid Lawsuit Against Google

My comments about the lawsuit is directly on the comments page as WCD_Thor, my gaming name. Someone else on some internet servers think they can use WCD_Thor, BUT I MADE UP WCD!! West Coast Diablos!! I made the clan in late 1999 or 2000 for Rainbow Six. While it is no longer a clan I am still the founder and have not given permission for it, or its abbreviation, to be used by anyone else but a few close friends.
